Description
Its compact size, high output (comparable to a 1K Quartz), low power draw (only 1 Amp!), and daylight 5600K has made of this system the standard for feature films, television shows, documentaries… for two decades.
2 configurations
The “Bug-Lite” configuration is designed to fill evenly a Lantern or any size Lightbank, making it the perfect light for interviews. Thanks to its light weight, it can be hung safely at the end of a boom arm.
With the beamer and the 4 PAR 36 lenses (Frosted Fresnel, Super Wide, Wide and Medium), the Joker-Bug 200 can achieve beam spreads from 5° to 65°.
More Versatility : 3200K and 5600K
The new Joker-Bug 200W uses a different bulb, the LCL 200W designed by Havells-Sylvania, which is slightly longer than the regular single ended 200W MSR. These discharge bulbs comes in two different color tempratures, 3200K and 5600K. Switching from daylight to tungsten for a scene’s look is done in few minutes, simply by changing lamps.
